Return Policy / Warranty Returns
All Speedtech products are warranted against manufacturing defects
for one year from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover transportation
costs to us nor does it cover a product subjected to misuse or accidental
damage. Within this period we will repair or replace any instrument,
at our discretion, without charge. Customers that ask for rush delivery
of a warranty repair / replacement, are responsible for return shipping
fees. Otherwise all warranty repairs / replacements will be shipped
by UPS Ground or Parcel Post for non-US customers.
Customers must call our technical line for assistance with troubleshooting
to rule out the possibility of simple human error. If it is determined
that the unit is in fact defective, a return authorization number
must be acquired in order to return the product. Units that are
returned without authorization may be subject to shipping charges
incurred if the unit is not found defective.

A detailed explanation of the instrument's defect and a proof of
purchase must accompany all warranty returns. The customer should
also include their name, address, phone number, and email address
(if applicable).
Within 30 days of purchase, any product may be returned for a refund
for any reason, if it is in pristine condition and returned in original
packaging. No instruments are accepted for return after 30 days.
Instruments that have been scratched or damaged in any way may not
receive any credit.
Damage
Once the goods have reached their shipping destination, Speedtech's
responsibility ceases. Any instrument damaged after that point will
be the responsibility of the customer. If a customer receives damaged
instruments directly from Speedtech, they should contact us immediately.
Claims for damaged goods will only be accepted within 48 hours of
delivery.
